D+ PU SEALANT is a one-part polyurethane joint sealant designed for both horizontal and vertical applications. It forms a permanent, tough and elastic rubber seal and is suitable for movement joints and general sealing applications. The product meets the requirements of ASTM C920 and ISO Classification F25LM.
D+ PU SEALANT provides excellent adhesion to a wide range of substrates including concrete, brickwork, painted wood, glass, glazed surfaces, aluminium, stainless steel and plastics. It is non-sagging, does not stain cementitious substrates and can accommodate continuous and pronounced cyclic movement.

Application Method
The joint surface should be sound, clean, dry and free from grease, oil and contamination. Dust and debris should be removed by wire brushing, grinding and vacuuming. A backing rod or suitable bond breaker should be properly installed before applying the sealant.
The sealant sausage is placed into a hand-operated application gun and applied into the joint with slight excess for tooling. Immediately tool the sealant with a tooling knife to remove air pockets and ensure complete contact and adhesion.
