D+ ANCHOR GROUT AG 100 is a synthetic resin-based, two-part anchor grout supplied as a pre-measured resin grout system. It consists of a resin component and a hardening compound with fillers. After hardening, the grout develops high mechanical properties. It is designed for anchoring applications where the difference between the hole diameter and bar diameter is up to 25 mm.

The product is designed for high-strength, corrosion-resistant anchoring of bolts and bars from 12–25 mm diameter into concrete, rock, masonry or brickwork where high installation speed and early application of load are required. It can also be used for permanent installation of reinforcement starter bars, foundation bolts, base plates, barriers, safety fences, railway tracks, tieback anchors, reinforcement dowelling, abutments, ground anchors for towers and cranes, dock sills, stainless-steel handrails and pillars.

Consumption / Quantity

For Anchor Grout, the datasheet provides anchoring estimation information rather than a general sq.ft. coverage rate.

It states that the estimation tables allow for a 25% wastage factor and give the number of bolts that can be fixed at a 200 mm hole depth using a 2.5-litre pack. For very old concrete, masonry or brickwork, the wastage factor should be increased.

The grout quantity should therefore be calculated according to the hole diameter, bolt/bar diameter and hole depth.
