D+ SBR 110 LATEX – SBR Latex for Waterproofing & Repairs
D+ SBR 110 Latex is a waterproofing and bonding agent containing styrene butadiene latex. It improves abrasion and erosion resistance, reduces water penetration and helps prevent shrinkage cracks. It also provides strong bonding to old and new concrete and plasters.
D+ SBR 110 Latex is suitable for waterproofing building portions prone to water leakage, such as terraces, bathrooms and toilets, as well as for repairs of spalled plaster and concrete. It can also be used for fixing tiles, natural stones and marble bedding, as a bond coat for new plaster or concrete over old surfaces, and for pinhole treatment on concrete surfaces.
The product is a liquid additive that is easily dispersible and compatible with concrete and mortar mixes. It improves cohesiveness, helps prevent bleeding and segregation, reduces water permeability, adds integral waterproofing, reduces shrinkage crack development and provides good workability.
D+ SBR 110 Latex meets the requirements of BS 6319 Part 2:1983 and ASTM C 190-85.

For waterproofing coating, two coats should be applied in parallel and perpendicular directions by brush. The second coat should be applied at least 4–6 hours after the first coat has dried.
Consumption / Coverage
The specified coverage is approximately:
23–26 sq.ft. per kg in 2 coats
for the mix ratio of 1:1.5 (D+ SBR 110 : Cement) with a dry film thickness of approximately 100–125 microns.
